Mini-Grant Research Program
Women's health research is disastrously underfunded. Dedicating time, money, and resources to women's health is the first step into creating a more equitable medical system. With our Mini-Grant Research Program, we hope to do just that.
Women's health has always been overlooked and underfunded. According to Nature, in 2020, only 5% of global R&D funding was spent on women's health research, with only 1% of it going towards women's health conditions other than cancer. A quarter of that 1% went towards fertility research.
The reality is, when we invest in women, we invest in our future. Because we understand how important women's health research is, we will be investing heavily into programs and initiatives that support our mission. Increasing funding for conditions like PCOS will make diagnoses more common, thus decreasing the stigma associated with conditions that primarily affect women.
